Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Purpose

At MediThread, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. Our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must:
    • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
    • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
  • Opened medical apparel or items due to hygiene and safety concerns.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at caremedithread@gmail.com or fill out the form at medithread.co.in/contact within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photographic evidence (if applicable, e.g., damaged or defective items)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return shipping address.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Approval: Once the returned product passes quality checks, a refund will be initiated.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Payments made via credit/debit card or UPI will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via NEFT or store credit within 10 business days.
  • Deductions: Shipping costs for the return (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective items or sizing issues.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
    • The product received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely. MediThread is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. Exceptions

MediThread reserves the right to reject a return or refund request under the following circumstances:

  • The item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The return is initiated beyond the stipulated timeframe.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes regarding refunds or returns, MediThread will make the final decision. Customers can escalate unresolved issues by contacting us directly.
